We keep this simple because our business is simple: we help you secure your property, and we only collect what we need to do that.

- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or book a demo, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, phone number, company, and any message you send. When you book a demo through our scheduling link, our scheduling provider collects your name and email to set up the meeting.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes standard technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a demo, pricing, or deployment.
- To coordinate and schedule meetings you request.
- To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
- LiveView Technologies (LVT). Gold Glove Security is an authorized reseller of LVT mobile surveillance units. When you request a demo or service, we may share your contact details with LVT to fulfill it.
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the site and our tools, including our website host and form handler (Netlify), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our scheduling provider. These providers process data only on our behalf.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics to measure site traffic and performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them will not affect your ability to contact us or book a demo. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we will take care of it.
